No offence meant to some of our Dutch members, but I'd be very surprised if that no plate stays on that Dutton. I would suspect that with that
much disregard for a cheap motor they were not looking at a long term investment in a future classic, but more like ripping the plates and vin off it
and transfering it to something else?
