My last employer gave £50 in M&S vouchers and a bottle of wine at Christmas. I get a 15% higher salary here. Overall I'm better off.
My Christmas bonus came early, my MD fuct off to his villa a week early, left me a £250 bonus too.
I never did manage to give out all the Christmas goodies to the customers (some dull arse over ordered ) so I have a few bottles of Baileys,
Smirnoff and a tin of Roses left over, plus the goodies given to me by my suppliers
I only work for a small garage but last year I got a boilersuit with £140 in it.
If it gets organised (and it sometimes doesnt) we go karting with the lads from another small place.
Never had a bonus or owt and, (roll on the Humbugs!) well you're there to work nowt else, especially not putting Christmas tree's up! That
really grips my sh1t. As the name suggests MrGrumpy. Feel free to commence the abuse
I got nothing. A card from the boss written by his wife. He will hold me up tomorrow so i dont get away early aswell!!! Will probably be late leaving because of this, There is a crate of carlesberg sitting at my desk from a supplier which hopefully il get to have away.

well we knew we wasnt going to get anythink, we useally get a bottle of booze and a in work xmas dinner, but that didnt happen this year and to top it
off my boss was sitting in one of the lads places in the office who was off on hols and could see me all the time.
Too top it off all he was doing was winging all day.
I had so many things to do on the shop floor! lol

We all got given a very nice box of Chocs though, but being a stupid bugger I've left mine at work, debating wether to do the 60mile commute
tommorow to get them (and also have a few network games with one of the IT lads who has been made redundant).
Waw there seems to be a lot of redundancies going round. I know the building game has been fairly quiet for a while too. Been kinda ignorant to it what with my last job but am seeing it now. My sympathies to anyone who's been punted I've had it once but never at Christmas.

I got nothing. It's the works do with free bar and food tonight, for employees and spouses. However as me and three others are currently on the nightshift of a 24hour cover we weren't invited and so far have not been offered anything instead.
The last couple of years nowt! However just been taken over by another company so this year so...

That was from the company. For my department we got a decent bottle of champers and £60 to spent on a Christmas lunch.
