Anyone see any problem with these if I also buy 4 of the wheel strap things:

Those are pretty pony. Get 2" webbing minimum rated at 2000Kg or better 4000Kg. The car might be light but it is a dynamic load on a trailer and
can impose some nasty loads on the restraints.
Caber
DO NOT SKIMP ON RATCHET STRAPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with Caber and Steve!
The bigger the better! You've put a huge amount of time and money into your car and it would be a huge shame to lose it all for the sake of a few
pounds more!
I always have an extra tie down as a bit of resilience shold one fail. I always check the trailer after the first few miles (just before I get on the
M4 normally) just to make sure nothing has moved or worked loose. The only time I didn't check was coming back from a show and, guess what, the
car moved and damaged the nose :-(

Pat, call in next time your passing
I have a set of these ones for securing stuff in my box trailer. They are ok-ish for light loads, but if you crank them down hard the mechanism jams and a knife is the only way of getting them off
Try locoboy, I'm sure he had something for the job.

Personally, if I paid anything less than £60 (in total) for straps to keep my car on the trailer I'd be worried...
Machine Mart do have a great range but those one look like some cheapies I bought on eBay once.
It's not just about the quality of the webbing but how likely the ratchet is to jam or take the skin off your fingers.

Yeah, don't buy the tiny ones. I use those for lashing wheels down etc. For the car I got these when they were on special one time and they are
going strong 2 years on:
