The plastic bits are supplied in a little bag, and would come off as easily as they went on

Miks15 - 4/4/09 at 09:46 AM

is it going to be bent around the exhaust?

nice rack

Richard Quinn - 4/4/09 at 10:02 AM

We've got one of them but I didn't know it's proper name. It was just known as "the thing that collects crumbs underneath". From this point on it will be known as "the trivett that collects crumbs underneath".
Bloody heavy for what it is. It would be nice if they did one out of tubular aluminium!

Mark Allanson - 4/4/09 at 10:39 AM

It weights 550g, which would be a considerable problem to a motorcycle engined car but no problem to a proper car

I thought you were planning on making a little BBQ from th heat of the exhaust lol, though it would take a very long time for it to cook!!

You able to bend that around? how do you do that, likes like fairly tough metal

chris.russell - 4/4/09 at 01:53 PM

now that would be fast food!

Yes, ratchet straps and an argon bottle should do it
