Following on from my progress post yesterday, me and the old man gave the engine another go today... and it started
took a while trying to work out if the sensor was in the right place, and it was. But i think what was happening was it was overfuelling, and still is, meaning it wouldnt start. It was only when the fuel in our make shift tank more or less ran out that it started. But ill sort that out some other time, just so happy it started! Over 2 years that engines been lying around and a homemade intake manifold, a set of GSXR600 carbs, ford EDIS system... and it fired.
