I have a 1.8 opel manta gearbox can anytone advise as to what oil should be used in it.

Vauxhall specify a synthetic gear oil which they sell in 1 litre tubs, it used to be quite expensive stuff sorry but i can't remember any grade or specs as its probably 15 years since i last used any. give the local dealer a bell or try your local BMW ealer as they also used the getrag boxes
