I will be running my build on the donor 2.0l pinto from a 1982 Cortina. it had a single weber 38 on it when i broke the car.

im looking to putting a side draught twin weber 45's.

will this prove any massive problems with the IVA with the emmissions?

Very much doubt there will be a problem, as long as they are properly set up for the engine, rolling road job really, or you can take a chance on some ready-jetted carbs.
