Does anyone have a wiring diagram, details or a link of how to fit the Valencia disributor (inc the coil) in place of the points based dstributor on an early 1300 crossflow engine? My car is Mk2 Escort based with the Escort wiring loom and ingition switch unit.
The other question is that I have two coils from Valencia engined cars, one has a small what I belive to be supressor connected to the + terminal by one wire and the other coil has a similar unit but inline with the cable coming from the + terminal. Could they be supressors and should I junk them?
