On the Zetec fuel rail is the fuel pipe connection closest to the cambelt the feed?

If its the one into the pressure regulator then Im sure it is. But Im just about to connect mine so was going to ask the same question! Im sure some one will confirm this shortly :-)

ok same question, for a blacktop, one end is pressure reg, other end like a tyre valve, which is feed and which is return.

thanks

The pressure regulator will always be on the return line. They can only control the pressure upstream of their position as they work by releasing excess pressure back to return.

All, Here is my installation the fuel feed goes to the Cam cover end and feeds the rail. The outlet of the rail feeds into the reg and the reg returns to the swirl pot.

That endures a constant pressure on the fuel rail.

Hope that helps?
