I have twin 40 dellortos.
when starting car (for the first time) using electric pump first carb fills up but 2nd carb petrol is pouring out of both the jets and this is just with ignition on not engine running.

Ideas please.

P.S Engine not started yet

Needle valve is stuck open (or missing altogether!). If stuckt he favorite bodge to just to give the carb a whack with something soft (e.g. piece of wood), but you should idealy take the top of the carb off and clean everything out,

Mine did this and it was the float height that needed setting.
