Anyone know of a set of trumpets to fit GSXR 600 throttle bodies?

Cheers,
David

Only the ones that are fitted to them when they're on the bike.
Or did you mean you're looking for such a set?

Ahh ok. Looks like I'll need a set off a bike then. Thanks John

Might assess if I can make some adaptors for the weber trumpets anyway just incase I cant get a set.

here you can find part numbers for the trumpets http://alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm
in some airboxes you will find two different lengths of trumpets.
if you know the diam. you need please ask the seller to measure it for you. Suzuki used a lot of different trumpets it seems, good luck on finding them.

trumpets can be found in the air cleaner catagory after you selected build/bike type in the left menu.

The trumpets I have are made of rubber, two are very short and two are only slightly longer. I assume that they are short to fit inside the original airbox. So if you'r cosidering adding a airbox/sponge type filter, these would be the right length

More likely two are shorter in order to spread out the torque curve.

The ones on the older (not sure about the newer) GSXR600 are different lengths (as mentioned) - I had an airbox when I bought the TB's, and then bought another one from ebay, so used the two inner trumpets (longer) for the trumpets, and the two outer ones to connect the TB's to the inlet manifold...worked perfectly, and was very cheap, plus the rubber used is fuel resistant unlike the cheaper silicone hoses.

This pic shows the longer trumpets I used (ignore the silicone adaptors, I later changed them).

And this shows the TB's attached to the car using the smaller trumpets...I also made up some brackets to hold on the TB's, as I did not really trust the very limited amount of metal I had to attach the rubber to.

I have made some in carbon fiber - they are similar to the crossflow ones pictured in my archive - they were done for a very short manifold so are 90mm long . I may have enough carbon mat to make some more if you need a set ?
