a friend of mine has won it and asked me to collect it with him ,what do you guys think??? whats needed to register ie what paperwork is he going to need

That is gonna need IVA , and a DVLA inspection............after a lot of finishing

some one has got a bargain there for £1850

Looks like a bit of a bargain to me.

He's going to need to complete the car, then IVA it (through VOSA), then take it to the local DVLA office and get it registered.

There is an IVA manual available for download, which is going to help him position stuff like lights, sort the emissions etc.
