Motorcycle engine dimensions

I'm looking to design a car around any japanese 4 pot 1 litre engine but i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get either a diagram or dimensions of one of them?

I have a spare Honda VFR750 V4 which for example:

The engine fits into a box 22in long, 22in high and 17in wide. But, the fuel system and air cleaner makes this a bit higher.

The drive spindle is 8 in high and 3in in from the rear, on the left looking from the rear.
