SNP court case against the BBC

Does anyone else think its totally ridiculus that Salmond is Claiming he should've been invited to the PM debates (Or what ever they're calling them)? I've been seeing this in the news and I really don't understand how he could believe he should be there as the SNP aren't feilding enough candidates to win the General election.

What do you guys reckon the Courts are going to say?

To be fair, I think he is saying that the debates shouldn't be shown in Scotland unless he is in it.

Still a load of toss (IMHO, or course )

Then dont forget the greens, pliad cumfree whatever they're called, bnp, ukip, hari krishnas and of course the monster raving loonies.

Its already wrong that the Scots can vote on issues that effect all of the UK and then can vote for their own interests separatley. I say if you sit in one then you cant vote on the other.

I think the SNP complaint is cause these are called "Leaders Debates" boasting the leaders of the main parties, and he feels that to have it shown on Scotland then the SNP should represented as they are a main party in Scotland. Don't think they will win, and in the rest of the UK they are not relevant.

Have to agree, I don't think Scottish MP's should be able to vote on things that only affect England, but they will alway be an argument around knock on effects of English only legislation. Of course if the SNP get their way, then Scotland will become independant and we can have tighter immigration controls to stop the riff raff from poluting our great country, Don't mind these English people coming for a holiday but not to stay
