That's Awesome, weird how the entry hole ends up looking like you would expect an exit hole to look?.......

I remember watching this a few months ago, and wondering what on earth was happening at 2.00 minutes in. Little white 'blobs' are hitting
the sides of bullets whilst in flight and taking huge chunks out of them. What are they?
