CBS 6" Silencer

I am looking at purchasing the 6" silencer from CBS.
The website doesn't show any brackets on the side of the can (no side picture), before I phone them tomorrow how has everyone with one of these fitted it. Any pics?

mate the silencers are made by powerspeed in ashford, kent. Give Andy or Dave a call they should be able to sort you one out.

i have the 6" one sat in the conservatory, they come with no mounting brackets, you have to weld one on yourself.

I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

I'm fitting the CBS 7" one on Tuesday so will post some photos for you. As said above it comes without brackets, the 7" is much heavier than the unit I'm taking off so will require much sturdier mountings. The quality seems excellent but I will let you know...

thanks David, i appreciate that.

Sounds like a call to Powerspeed is on the table too, especially as they will be able to add the extras needed.

Here is what the 7" silencer looks like on my 7. Needs a little tidying but passed at 96db today at Abingdon so I am well happy!
