Nice LED number plate lights - v. cheap....
I just bought a pair of these lights from this chap in the US. He charges $12 each plus $3 to post them!! Demon Twats sells them for around £37 +

I saw some of the other lights in your link (the ones with the light coming out the end) in Halfrauds the other day, in the bling section. About £12
from what I remember... obviously no use for no. plates, thought

Thanks for the tip off Jasper. Ordered some last monday and they arrived today. Was looking for these at sensible prices but hadn't found any
before.
Cheers,
Chris

$12 each, hmmm ; how about this for truly locost solution:
1. buy chrome bezel for 28p from maplins:
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=2073&criteria=led%20lamps&doy=1m2
2. file down the top so that LED is proud
fit white LED
3. fit 3 mm white wide angle LED
4. fit drop resistor
should be done for under £ 2.

The number plate lights are not so easy unfortunately. unless you have facilities to turn them up and make the cutout in the side.
