Toyota 4age to Type 9

Hi

Im in the process of putting a Toyota 4age into my Stylus for the final time, which is mated to a Type 9 box. I have the bell housing already (not a RAW one) but do not have the other relevant parts. Does anyone know what the following parts are from and part numbers if pos:

Spigot Bearing
Clutch
Spring Plate
Flywheel (have the toyota one)
Clutch release bearing
Starter

I know RAW do the parts, but having connections in the trade i can get the components at cost price.

Has anyone fitted a hydraulic clutch release bearing to this conversion before? I have the ford arm etc that came on the gearbox.

Some pics of how it all goes together would be great to if possible.

Thanks for your help.

Are you saying you already have a Toyota flywheel? Isn't that what you need?

I've got a 20v 4AGE flywheel lying spare in the garage. Assuming that fits you're welcome to it.

I've used a SKF stock bearing as a spigot bearing, let me look up the part no.

Clutch release bearing will be the standard sierra one. There's a slight difference in thickness though, I had one that was 3mm taller and made the clutch slip. I had to cut the hole for the clutch release arm a little bigger for it to be able to fully disengage.

Flywheel I used is the standard 20V one (hard to find because most seem to have been automatics for some reason!) Used the Toyota pressure plate too.

Clutch plate is from a 2l? sierra I think, it's 200mm wide. (the sierra 1.6 is 190mm wide)

I can't remember from which car the starter came.

Thanks for the replys guys.

Yes I already have the toyota flywheel. Its a first generation 16v lump I have. I thought it would be the toyota flywheel, but wanted to check.

So I just need a sierra clutch and release bearing by the sounds of things.

If you could get that skf number for me it would be hugely appreciated.

I have a feeling that the bell housing I have is for a hydraulic clutch only. I think it was made by RM sport!? It looks quite different to the RAW one anyway!

Thanks
