Need to get pipe through rocker cover and keep seal

I've got to get some rubber hoses through the rocker cover on my engine but am struggling to find a way to do it to keep the oil from escaping out the hole too.

I also need to be able to remove the pipe which needs to attach to the head under the rocker cover, so I need to be able to attach the pipe and then put the rocker cover on afterwards.

Have thought of just a grommet, but not sure how well that would seal and if it would stand up the temperature/oil

Have tried looking for a 1/4 barb to barb panel mount, but had no luck. Can't really use any other fitting type as I don't have the space under the rocker cover.

Ideally I would make a solid fitting to go inside the engine and seal to a hole in the rocker cover and then have a barbed take off from there but I've not got the machinery to do this and don't know anyone who can either.

Anyone got any suggestions??

Solid Pipe inside rocker with through panel jic fitting
Hole in rocker cover, when cover is put on jic fitting goes through hole then from outside put dowty washer/seal over then bolt for jic.
This will leave a threaded end that you can use to attach the external part of the pipe work to

if its a metal rocker cover get a piece of tube the internal diameter of pipe and braize/weld direct to the rocker cover...

or tig weld if its ally
