Duratec manifold eBay

Will this work for a 2.0 Duratec?

Anybody know about this?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-2010-Focus-DURATEC-2-3L-INTAKE-MANIFOLD-PLENUM-/320668547541?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4a a955b9d5

Is seems it should fit under the bonnet?

Not in my opinion, the port spacing is nothing like as good as people make out but I am fussey. I do like a factory finish as per the mani in the first post.

I believ the adaptor plate comes some way to sorting that out, nephew is using one on his zetec conversion in his RS Turbo. Bigger injectors fitted. I did see a fibre glass one made it looked the dogs danglies it utilised part of the plastic manifold, only thing was it started colapsing when revved up, it looked like a beating heart pulsing

The adapter plate is just that and doesnt fix the spacing. Yes it works but is still a bodge. The throttle body is another are that needs work. Ive bought a couple to offer up to the zetec head and sold them on again.
