Duratec Aux belt adjust

Hi gang
Got a friends Fiesta to look at this morning Its a 1.25 Duratec engine and I want to remove the Auxiliary belt It routes round crank waterpump alternator and PAS pump but I cannot find any adjuster to slaken off?
How do you replace belt ....??
