Proform corner scales - advice needed

I have been looking seriously about buying Proform corner weight scales. They appear to have a good price performance. They are probably Chinese import. They are distributed by a company called Tegiwaimports in Stoke on Trent,

Can I have the collectives opinion about spending more of my children's inheritance on this vital piece of track day equipment. Any users comments would be of particular interest.

Do they come with any way to level them? Or is a separate flat patch required?

For racing they may be vital, I do not see it for track days where you are not against the clock.

My selection of bathroom scales have worked well as my car is light and were less than £20.

If you are intent on SKY then get some MSA overalls, clubmans licience and go sprinting, when you are good enough for every millisecond to count they would then be worthwhile.

I am into MSA sprints and I want to know if I can sneek out a second or two by having my car setup correct (or keep it that way).

Pay a third of the price of the scales to have the car setup by a pro, once?
