2.1 pinto

hi all

im currently looking into starting a projext engine for when my car is finished

im planning on getting a 2.0 pinto and having it rebored to a 2.1

what im wondering is will the twin 40 webers work ok with this size engine or would i need to get hold of twin 45's?

40's will "work" but it depends on how much power you will expect to make. If you are spending money on building the 2.1 then presumably it won't be standard, in which case you will probably need 45's. As a stab in the dark, I would say much over 140hp (obviously on a 4 cyl engine!!) will require 45's.

Why not fit bike carbs or bike throttle bodies?
