I'm Back!
Yes, I'm back in the land of the Locost. Was working away from home for 5 weeks hence the very quick glances at the site and very few posts.
Anyway:
Photos: viewing works again - gotta fix upload (hopefully this evening)

Who's Online: YEs, it's broken. Not sure what's up with it atm but I'm looking at it now
Red folders: Still broken. Apparently it's a bug in XMB1.6 which they neglected to mention before I upgraded  . I don't think it's any
better in the new version (1.8) either but I'm investigating.
Anything else you want to point me towards please email me as it'll take me a while to catch up with everything.

Speed: forgot about this. Seems ok here however I'm planning on moving the site to it's own server soon anyway. Restarted Apache a few
weeks ago which should have helped. Is it still bad?

Sounds good. I did restart Apache a while ago when I noticed some other sites on this server were running slowly so perhaps that did it. Still,
it's fixed now thats the main thing!
