Both Bob and i are probably not going to be at donny this year so i doubt if anything will get organised unless someone takes charge that weekend. Usual thing is to meet at the MK stand at 10 and 3.

I tried to organise space with limelight last year and the year before,i was told it was 1st come first served and limelight do not fence any areas off for club parking.

To be honest limelight exhibitions are not much help at all when it comes to clubs and club parking areas, they could well learn from from the organisers of Newark,Stoneleigh and Harrogate who have helped no end to give us fenced or roped off areas and are very helpfull in organising the event to suit us.

I'm pretty sure ash3 (andy) will make the trip from boston lincs if the weather is fine, andy has the banner and a very nice black indy fireblade.

For those that do make the effort and go i hope you have a nice time.

I'm pretty sure that Westfield had a fenced off area last year, unless they arrived really early and fenced it off themselves.

Dean

funny thing really, i havnt had a call from limelight asking if if we wish to attend

Anyway Stoneleigh, newark and it seems now harrogate are the 3 club events for the year,as chrisG has mentioned on another thread most people meet up on the MK stand at midday not at 10 and 3 as andy said earlier.

Hellfire
yes westfield did have a large tarmac area and there were some caterhams there too,but then again its a money thing and the organisers will literally bend over and lube up for them as they seem top think they and cobras make the show.

Believe me its the track that makes the show and without that it would just be another stafford

Agree 100% Bob. Without track action on the Sunday, we would have given it a miss this year for sure

Fraid not. Donington track noise limit is 98Db drive-by. Ours is currently 111Db static

Hopefully by October 22nd it will be around 104Db for trackday at Elvington (video following )
