Anyone made a plastic screen?
thinking of trying to make a removable screen.
i have a glass one at the moment but it is not really the corect size.
Has anyone made say a lexan screen (what my areo screen is made from)
Do you have problems with it scratching too easily?

Firstly I'm not sure of the legality of non glass windscreens, though I'm sure polycarbonate (aka lexan) is tough enough.
You need a special coated grade of polycarbonate to avoid scratching.
Even then wipers are a bit of a test I'd imagine.
These places sell windows made from the right stuff - they will probably be able to advise.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

If it's big enough to not be able to be looked over then it must be laminated glass but that is easy to cut to size. Wipers will distroy any
plastic screens.

is it easy to cut smoot corners in glass? Or do you have to grind it somehow?
