Engine date of manufacture for SVA :S
hi, can any one help, me im stuck on the section of the SVA form where you have to identify when the engine was manufactured and what car it was in...
all help will be much appreciated.

Either look in the front of the Burton catalogue or write to fords technical info dept and they will send you a letter back with the date of first
use. The address to write to is on here somewhere.
All you need is the first 2 letters of the engine number. (Stamped on the right hand side of the engine block, towards the front and 2/3 way down).
