lighting and SVA

Do the side lights have to stay on with dips and/or headlights?

As I have three switches for lights; sides, dips and mains, I could switch off the sides if the dips are on. Easily remedied with a relay at this time of the build hence the question!

Ta!

If its broke, fix it. If it aint broke, take it apart and find out how it works!

yeah the side lights are effectively the rear lights!!!

sow they are always on.

Then the dip can only be on if the rear is also on (sow its pos,DIP,MAIN)

Some cars don't shutdown dip, if overtake mode is on MAIN.

if main is permanently they do shutdown dip.

for TUV in germany its nececary to split left and right with each a fuse.

Tks
