Bruntingthorpe & Donnington Events
I just received an E-mail with the following information so I thought I would pass it on although I have not opened or read the attachment that came
with it.

I have attached a press release for our new event at Bruntingthorpe called 'SPEED ON WHEELS' on 5th & 6h July 2008. If it could go
into the club news or on the website it would be appreciated.
We are also running our Donington event The National Kit & Performance Track Day on Saturday, 13th September where we will be taking the track for
Manufacturers and enthusiasts.

Limelight Exhibitions Launches New Track Event
‘SPEED ON WHEELS’
5th & 6th July 2008
Limelight Exhibitions is putting the spotlight firmly on track days this year as it unveils plans for a brand new action-packed two-day event at
Bruntingthorpe Airfield in Leicestershire on 5th and 6th July.
‘SPEED ON WHEELS’ will offer performance and kit car drivers their own mile-long section of track while manufacturers will give demonstration rides on
a separate part of the track. The weekend will be brimming with action, with a 4x4 off-road driving course, go-kart area, driving demonstrations,
autosprint area and more.
This open air event will cater for manufacturers, traders, enthusiasts and clubs, with evening entertainment and loads of track action over two days.
Camping will be available on site. More news about this vibrant event will be released over the coming months.
Organiser Sally Mitchell explains, “We are delighted to announce our new event at Bruntingthorpe this year and are really excited about the venue.
There is adequate space to enable manufacturers to put their cars through their paces on and off the track.
