Toe in

when 1 degree of toe in is mentioned, does that mean 1/2 a degree of toe in on each wheel?

No, its usually quoted per wheel.

Sorry Phil i have disagree.

Normally when toe figures are quoted its total toe in or out.
So 1/2 of the total for each side.
