Its my first day with my new job - so depending how that goes I may be there looking happy / sad or even at home crying!

As for trips out - how about to my garage to help finish the damned car ? Tomorrow I'm going to rip the de-dion out and fit the live axle to try and get it finished quicker.

Metal supermarket will sell you any qualtity / length of 'scrap' metal (although they'll call it brand new mild steel).

What size / how long / etc do you need?

I'll be there.....no doubt with lots of questions, and my usual I haven't actually done anything more to the car.

Pete.
