What does he do for a living??
athoirs - 20/4/08 at 05:43 PM

Hi Guys ,

Was up at knock hill today doing some testing on the car at the track day. Guy rolled up in a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera -08 plate no less with 380 mile on the clock!

First time out in it he managed to come into contact with the race prep Mazda half way up the straight then ended up in the gravel trap at the hairpin!!

Dented bonnet, wing, cracked air dam and gravel rash. Did he go home ? No went back out several times! That’s him in the blue shell suit and diamond Rolex watch.

So what do you think..

Apologies in advance if he’s your son, brother or uncle, but I don’t think he’s the type to frequent the locost users forum.. Rescued attachment Image0441.jpg

CRAIGR - 20/4/08 at 05:47 PM

Must be a silent 's' on that numberplate.

JoelP - 20/4/08 at 05:48 PM

well, id say its either lottery, gangster, footballer or, just possibly, a talented business man who just likes chav clothing!

Did he seem a nice bloke?

imp paul - 20/4/08 at 05:48 PM

lol haha

Aico - 20/4/08 at 05:53 PM

It would be awesome if it turned out to be a rental

I don't know, but Obafemi Martins, the Newcastle player has a black one, which is totally mean looking.

Once you've stuck it in the kitty litter, it isn't going to get any better by taking it home. Might as well enjoy the rest of the day!

Cheers

Mike

P.S. Is that the same type of car that was at Bruntingthorpe a few weeks back?

Daimo_45 - 20/4/08 at 06:01 PM

Purveyor of Colombian Marching Powder ?

No, of course not...

JoelP - 20/4/08 at 06:10 PM

i would suspect dealer but you'd never get away with it, driving that with no apparent job!

By bad taste i assume you mean good?! Cos that is one awesome car. I got my bro a gallardo driving day for his birthday

zilspeed - 20/4/08 at 06:15 PM

Ok then, security consultant

athoirs - 20/4/08 at 06:16 PM

Yes John that was the consensus of opinion at the track..

Much more to my taste was the Bedford van as below. Great old guy- his daughter said that he had been building it since he was 18. RV8 in it and it went like stink!! Rescued attachment Image054.jpg

Like the Morris Van.

Clearly had years put into it.
I respect that.

Simon - 20/4/08 at 06:55 PM

The Lambo and MM are the same colour

MM needs turbocharging

ATB

And featured in PPC mag last month I seem to remember, there's not much Morris left there I can tell you
