Howdy chaps.
Anyone know of or own a rolling road in Glasgow?
My final retest is booked for thursday and I need to get to a rolling road to verify my speedo. Bishopbriggs test center dont have driven rollers.

theres one in cambuslang or one at Glasgow airport...but if it would help and that's all you want it for why pay for a RR session..?
you could borrow my gps based snooper...It reads MPH, I'm not sure how accurate they are but it shows my tintop speedo reading around 5 mph too fast.

any help?

cheers and Xmas beers

Colin

Cheers for the offer but I need a RR more for Mr SVA.
He says he'll pass me if I can produce a letter from a RR place stating its accurate.
I was just going to knock one up and print it off, but this could bite me in the arse.
I'll play it safe. More money into my hungry hungry locost.

Suspect it might be Mel Robinsons at Flemington industrial estate, Cambuslang. Hes the Weber dealer and I know it was pending a few months ago!! A quick phone call will find out
Shug.

In Cambuslang it's Robinson Tuning Services - which is Mel's place, Shug.

But I'd say AVA were better (even tho' I used to work for Mel!).

Do a search on Yell.com for addresses and directions.
