I ended up using something similar from SBD - http://www.sbdev.co.uk/Hayabusa/Hayabusa_clutch.htm

part # CLT-HCA-BUSA-01K. Not exactly cheap if I remember correctly, but really good quality. I have also seen people cut the stock cover to make the sprocket gear, but that weakens the cover (which is already known to be a weak spot on the hayabusa) and eventually it cracks and leads to a failure. My way of looking at it is replace it now and you never have to worry about it again in the future.

Or just make your own. This one isn't the final piece but it only cost around a tenner for a bit of scrap 10mm thick ali, some threaded rod, and a smooth steel rod for an lengthened pushrod.
