Dyno Jet

What's the quickest way to find out/identify if a Fireblade 919 has a Dyno Jet kit fitted?

I've had a quick look at the carbs and noticed the air corrector has been blocked off, but would like to now if a Dyno Jet kit is fitted

Thanks
Iain

if it runs.... it will be dynojetted!

I had standard blade carbs on mine when i swapped the engine and it ran like a bag of shite!
was ok on tick over and revving it, but as soon as you put load on the engine (ie drove it) there was no power what so ever and it just bawked

so, drive it, thats how you check

If you know what size the OEM jets should be, then I suppose you could pull them out and compare? And as above, my R1 had exactly the same issues before I got mine sorted at Boggs Bros.

It will have larger main jets, anything up to 132's. Standard main jets are 120 i think. It will also have grooves on the needles for adjusting height, i dont think the standard needles have any grooves.
