I have a very early MK chassis with the seat belt fixings welded behind the rear frame .

Do these need bracing for the IVA ?

Can't answer the IVA question (my MK Indy went through SVA).

Do yours look like these (photo of my 2003 MK Indy chassis)?

No mine does not have the strengthening plate that your middle to bolts have 😭
