Bolt standards for calipers.

It says in the IVA that 88 is the minimum spec.

I have seen 12.9 cap head m10 bolts for sale. Presumably these are stronger and ok??

Yep, stronger indeed and make sure you apply some thread lock onto them when fitting the bolts

Hi,yes the higher the number the higher the tensile strength so 12.9 is good and probably what would be fitted oe maybe 10.2 but not as low as 8.8 even if the book says so I wouldn't use 8.8 on calipers.
