whats the difference between these two parts? I cant spot any except one is called open body, the other is closed body. Which means, whatever i get, it will be wrong.... Plus, does anyone know where to get them cheaper?!

you could easy weld some up with flat plate and threaded bar not??

just cut the pieces weld it, then drill it..

else just buy it!

If memory serves, I think they are both closed body. Open body has a complete ring at the end, and no clevis pin. Maybe wrong, may be the other way round, but you get the idea. atb Ray

Those forks are normaly part of a turnbuckle, and the "open" and "closed" body normaly refers to the threaded sleeve into which they screw. An open body has a slot cut down the length of the sleeve so you can see how much thread is engaged.

I'm wondering if those forks are supplied with the "body" but just not shown?

I'll follow up nats link, see what i can find. They are for my new wishbones, and i need them to be 3/8 unf as ive already got the inserts made!
