Hi, I am selling the following as a complete, working package:

Ford 1660CC xflow 711M block engine complete with twin 40 Dellortos, CNC aluminium inlet trumpets, ITG filters, race cam, ported head, light weight valve train, lightened and balanced bottom end, cast crank rods and pistons. Pistons are AE 1300cc, machined with deep pockets to accommodate high lift cam. Race weight 6 spoke steel flywheel (2.9kgs) Ap racing sintered clutch, Bryan hart 5-port dry sump pump, dry sump pan, remote oil filter housing, Formula 4 aluminium oil tank, alloy catch tank, Fabricated engine mounts to suit sylva striker / phoenix chassis, 13 row oil cooler, modified rocker cover for dry sump breathing, 4 branch mild steel manifold to suit Striker / phoenix. Twin cable throttle linkage and silver top fuel pump. Lumenition Magnatronic ignition, Lucas distributor, Starter motor and Alternator (new) and a ford type 9 gearbox.
Hoses, radiator, header tank and oil lines may also be included.

The engine had new pistons fitted at the start of the year along with a new head gasket. Since then it has covered approx 1000 miles, of which non have been on track. Mainly this was a trip to France and back.
Everything is in terrific working order, the engine revs easily passed 7000rpm and propels the phoenix like a scalded cat!

This really is a complete package, ideal for a locost or similar kit and will deliver tremendous performance. You are welcome to come and try it out as it is currently still installed in my car.
