I can get some pictures of the actual unit at the weekend, but it's this one:

New GENUINE AEM Digital Wideband AFR UEGO Controller w/ 4.9 LSU Sensor 30-4110

The black face is fitted, but the white one is included as well. The numbers look orange on that ad, but they are in fact red. The LEDs around the edge go from green to amber to red.

Sorry to be a pain, the link I posted above was for a 30-4110 and mine is a 30-4100. I believe the only difference is the type of sensor used. It's still a Bosch LSU 4.2 though.

I actually bought it from here and was told it was fairly new (certainly looks it). I've used it for about 30 miles of driving and it worked perfectly, updates quickly etc.
