You won't get a sump like that from RAW at the price that one went for!

The one below was the how I wanted RAW to modify the standard sump to provide a cheaper option for me.

The original sump sides provide baffling inside and a lip is added to the inside of the middle opening to help prevent the oil escaping. I used my sump with three differnet engine configurations with no issue.

I have chopped out about an inch or so from the bottom of my sump. It meant i lost approx half litre from the sump. I now use an accusump and keep the oil level just above maximum. I didnt add any extra wings on the side as i had the accusump to hold the extra oil.

thanks to all i know raw sump is over £200 . just seeing if anyone had one forsale , like the wing sump have someone local who a good welder .

The one I pictured above is a lot less than £200 from RAW. At least it was when I had mine modified.

If you know a decent welder then just copy my design as its based on reading a few articles about sumps. Add gated baffles if you want to improve the design. Maybe even raise the factory horizontal baffle plate to trap more oil below.
