This is a long shot I know.
But does anyone out there have a old set of twin SU carbs 1.1/2"
(I am looking for the choke connecting rod linkage that joins the (2) chokes together)

I should have asked what engine are these carbs on? As there are twin 11/2 inch SUs on many Triumph, MG, Austin etc vehicles

The bar itself is just 5/16" (8mm will work but needs fettling at the ends)
But if you need the clamps it could mean a specialist. Burlen being the people to speak to.
