Im looking to add a small screen to my Tiger Avon to act as a wind breaker. Im thinking of using acrylic sheet tinted black fitted to the Tiger supplied windscreen brackets which are already fitted. Can anyone answer the following questions

1 If I use the Tiger alloy windscreen frame cut down how thick does the sheet need to be?

2 Where is the best place to buy a piece 1000mm by 200mm,

3 How easy is it to cut to shape?

3 At that hight I can look over it so am i right in thinking I dont need wipers etc. Can is already bon the road so no IVA issues.

I bbought some black 6mm acrylic for the same reason, then changed my mind as I read here that acrylic has a tendency to splinter into sharp stabbing weapons when impacted (crash, big stone etc.), was going to go with polycarb as it's safer I think, but went aeroscreen instead.
