Duratec Crank Sensor Tool

Does anyone have a Duratec crank sensor alignment tool that I could borrow and send back, and a little guidance how to use?

Many Thanks

Just start it up, put a timing light on and move it by hand to get the timing spot on.

You could also get it about right by eye and then adjust using MegaTune's 'Trigger Wizard'.

If you do manage to get the jig the following shows how to use it:

unless you are going to remove and replace it at a later date, it dont really matter.....
not as though you are trying to run it on the standard map

Old trick is before removing the old one use a quick spray with aerosol paint to create an outline witness mark on the block, then fit the new one so it stays within the marks outline.
