I've used a Yuasa 17Ah battery successfully for a few years - it's a golf cart battery I think. It turns a 2 litre zetec lump over quite
happily and I've had no issues at all. It's small, light and cheap. I paid less than £30 about 3 years ago, looks like they've gone up
by a tenner since then.

I'm also interested in size - smaller volume sometimes means packaging can be better if it can be moved down and centerwards. One of the most
awkward things I did on my fury last time was move the battery from up-high on the bulk-head shelf (good location for maintenance) down to the floor,
in the engine bay, right next to the starter-motor. It was a lot of mass to move, and necessitated get a Varley red-top to do it. Worth it though.

Yes, can fit them any way you like, upside down if you wanted to! That Extreme AGM battery looks like a good buy if you're not bothered about the weight, fitting a Li Ion battery is about the most cost effective weight saver I know of!
