Evening one and all.

Please could all of you Fury owners / builders tell me what size wheels and tyres including the all important offset's you have fitted to your cars and wether the bodywork was the spyder / normal rear tub.

I have seen reference to different sizes, but a group list could be very helpfull.

Mine is on 195/50 15's , ET35 . Its a live axle car originally built with a Lemans bonnet - it has 22mm spacers on the rear , but the front wishbones have been lengthened by 22mm to reduce the scrub radius .
It currently has a classic bonnet , but with the widened track the tires now stick out a bit.......it was spot on with the Lemans bonnet .

claire - prob worth mentioning the width of the wheels as this affects the overall room in terms of fouling.

I'm running 15x7 in ET18 or 19 (no spacers) with spyder rear tub. It sits about right. Wouldn't want it out any more at the front though. They are the wheels in my avatar and are running on 195/50's as well.

Also got some 13x6 to go on at some point, they are ET24 so are going to sit a fair bit further in. These will probably be on 185/60's - possibly 205/60's at the back to get some of the gearing back and fill the arches better. Only problem with this is if I switch between the two I'm going to alter my "wedge" and I CBA to keep breaking out the C-spanners...

Good point - I think they are 7" rims .

I've got...
Front. 13x6.5 et18 with 185/60/13
Rear. 13x7 et18 with 205/60/13

Spyder tub and LeMans bonnet. Sit nice under the arches but the scrub radius in probably a bit large... handles OK though.

I've got a set of Wolfrace Street Octane 15"x7 et 35 wheels with almost new Bridgestone Potenza's on them that I'm thinking of getting sold if any boby is interested.

Fury Spyder bodywork with a live axle - I've got 13x6 at the fronts, 18ET, with 185/60/13 tyres and 13x6 at the rear, 12ET, with 205/60/13 tyres.

Fury full screen spider, le mans bonnet.

On the rear, i have 13x7 et0 with 205 width tyres. I find this gives a very nice looking arch on the rear with no clearance problems.
Rob C had to fit a 10mm spacer to clear the brakes, so i ordered wheels with a larger offset to avoid that issue.

On the front i have 6x13 et13 with 185 width tyres, i will need to trim around the front a little, as it hits the sidepods at full lock, and may catch the bonnet. I'm sure there are better combinations on the front tbh, although i think the bodywork is the actual problem rather than the wheel.

Not a Fury owner but, do you need to consider that some use Capri/Escort uprights and some use Sierra - just to be sure?

6X14 ET18 185-60-14 front and rear.

Also had 6X14 ET15/ET21 front and rear with 185-60-14 tyres.

No clearance problems with all the above combinations

IIRC the original build docs refer to 13x6 ET19 so a typical RWD Ford offset.

It confuses me a bit when people fit ET35 ish wheels to Fury's (as thats pretty much a FWD Ford offset).
