You bet it will....fancy calling your kid after a motor dealership!!!

I thought I was bad calling my kid Chevy.....

Gone are the days of keeping the engines in the lounge and the toolbox in the dining room oh and charging the batteries on the kitchen bunker....

Congrats by the way...you will need it

I still remember that moment well & my first was 20 years ago!!
Congrats & well done that man! (suppose a woman could have had a small part to play!)

Confused but excited. - 4/12/09 at 06:47 PM

Congratulations to you both.
The sleepless nights are all worth it.
Especially when you come home and this little person totters up to you. hugs your legs and says "I love you daddy" for the first time.
It's pure magic!

Personally these days I base my philosophy on the Swan Vesta box advice, keep in a warm dry place away from children. Only kidding though, chance for your second childhood all over again

speedyxjs - 4/12/09 at 08:47 PM

Too true, the novelty soon wears off, the little ingrates. I love my two to bits, but I can barely tolerate the monstrous little bastards. Only 9 years until I can kick both of them out without the Law on my back. Fatherhood rules!

norfolkluego - 4/12/09 at 10:14 PM

Congratulations from a father of 3, best thing in the world but.......
You know what happens next......
They grow up, you go sprinting together (in your car), do they let you beat them, no chance!

blakep82 - 5/12/09 at 01:12 AM
