A couple of days ago, I screwed up at work slightly and called two of my managers in a conversation idiots
to two other colleagues, who would not drop me in the shyte!

however, not seen by myself until her head popped up from behind her work station, was one very snidy manager in another department, who ive had a couple of run ins with, and she is a usless article and seems to revel in making it not a very nice place to work

so my conversation was,

"when either of the two idiots get in, can you let them know Craig is stuck in traffic and will be late"

any one got a good word, that I can substitute idiot for that would make the sentence marginly better, but needs to
be a similar ish word

Not that I really give a flying shyte, but im in a grievance procedure with one of the managers over a unpaid bill from the company for £2.5k unpaid leave and overtime from 2013

Collegiate, means belonging to a college, could be a reference to them being learned or intelligent

Otherwise just screw her over and if anything comes of it say she's sh1t stirring, get your mates to say all they heard was 'Craig will be late'

She was behind her workstation and has quite possibly not heard either the full context or all the word/s of the private conversation that took place between yourself and work colleagues...

Had a similar problem years ago, by calling a manager a twat to my manager.
I was told, in no uncertain terms, that I should not refer to a manager like that.

Still fairly pissed off about the said manager. I just said. "I'm very sorry, I meant he's an f.....ing twat."
Problem went away.

I believe my manager was intelligent enough to know if I was probably right, it was left at that.

If coworker said something to a manager, are you required to respond? It was a private conversation that had nothing to do with her nor was it about her and she should keep her nose out of it. Raise complaint that she is listening on private conversations and stirring up crap.
