Fake grass refresh?
number-1 - 12/4/26 at 09:57 PM

Has anyone got fake grass....aka....astrofturf?

Is there an easy way to refresh it after several years of use? Ive seen some kind of attachment that goes on the end of a strimmer (Not sure the name of it).

Is there a simple way to refresh it? Could i for example, use an upright vacuum with a roller brush?

Any locost ideas that doesn't involve too much elbow grease?

Cheers

I did see mention that using a power washer works (pressure wash)

Got real grass and it's full of daisys, moss, and dandelions!

Considering astroturf and swapping the mower for a hoover.

Can’t beat grass with moss mud and mole hills hehe

From a materials perspective, I assume steam cleaning and brushing against the grain would do it, but it won't change the colour.

Moss and molehills are much more palatable to me than filling the garden with plastic pollution. What's next, lego trees?

I do have lego flowers in the house.
