is it best to dial in cam to inlet setting or full lift?Read about people dialling in late/early cam timing,what do you think. we are talking two litre pinto with aldon dizzy/ignitor and twin weber 40s.

On the whole the Kent stated timings are a pretty good starting point. If you follow their instructions you wont go wrong.

The only way to better their instructions is on a rolling raod where you can measure the difference.
